Currently our packing time is same day, peak periods may occur a 2-5 working day turn around, however we will always aim to get your order out as soon a possible.

We use Australia Post to get your parcel to you safely. 

As soon as we ship your products, you will receive an email with your tracking number to keep up to date with where your parcel is located.

In the case of a lost parcel, please contact us and we will launch an investigation with the courier. Please allow up to 5 working days for this to be concluded. If your parcel is deemed as lost we will issue you with a full refund or store credit. 

As a business we understand the importance of using recycled shipping boxes where possible. So it is very likely that our packaging material has already been used once. Most likely in transportation to our store. However, we can assure you that we will do everything we can to ensure that your product arrives safely, undamaged and packed well. And that is the most important thing, right?

We advise you to check your items upon delivery, and to contact us within 7 days if there are any discrepancies. 


Need something really quick? Got short notice for a birthday Party? Simply want to save on postage? No problem Click and Collect is available at our store in High Street Armadale, just select PICK UP at the check out and you will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to collect. Most orders will be ready to collect within a hour, please call the store directly if your need something urgently. Don’t forget to select the box if you wish to include a card or gift wrapping.
